Can we combine admin user licences across multiple systems to access volume pricing?

No — admin user licences cannot be combined across separate systems.

Volume-based pricing (the sliding scale) only applies within a single system environment. If you are operating multiple systems, each one is treated independently for licensing purposes.

Why is this the case?

Each system is provisioned and maintained as its own secure, dedicated environment. This includes:

• Separate infrastructure allocation (database, storage, processing capacity)
• Independent security and access control layers
• Isolated data environments (no cross-system data sharing)
• System-specific configuration, workflows, and logic
• Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support per system

Because of this, each system incurs its own operational and technical cost base.

What does this mean in practice?

If you have:

• System A: 10 admin users → priced at standard tier levels
• System B: 5 admin users → priced independently at that system’s tier

They are not combined to form a 15-user pricing tier.

When does volume pricing apply?

Volume pricing applies when all admin users are within a single unified system.

Divisions can be used within that system to organise different brands, teams, or operational structures — allowing you to benefit from the sliding scale while maintaining separation where needed.

However, this structure isn’t always suitable for every organisation. Where separate systems are required, pricing will apply independently to each.
