- Allocating permissions
- You must now allocate the jobs and staff that will have permission to manage the stock movements

- Jobs
- Search the jobs on the left and then add to the selected jobs to the right

- You can add jobs to selected jobs by
- Double-clicking the job name in the search list
- Selecting the job name in the search list and using the button with the right arrow to move to the selected job list

- You can add all jobs in the search list to the selected jobs list in bulk by clicking on the double arrow right button

- In this example, we have added permission for two jobs to be allowed to manage the stock

- Staff
- The staff booked onto the selected jobs in the previous block will be shown in staff block

- Move the staff to the permissioned staff on the right to allow them to manage the stock

- Locations
- You can add locations to allow stock to be moved to and from these locations

- These locations are taken from the location database. See: Location database
- These locations might be warehouses, offices or the actual event location itself.
- You can add locations to allow stock to be moved to and from these locations
- Products
- Here you must select the products that you want to manage

- Press Submit when you are happy with your selections
