How to use the Digital ID checks

To enable the use of Digital ID checks in your system:

  • Go to Settings > Manage the registration form > ID & Right to Work > Manage
  • Scroll down the page and check the box for Enable Digital RTW checks
  • Press Submit

These checks are not run automatically when staff register with you. To enable a digital ID check for staff:

  • Go to Staff profile > ID & Right to Work
  • Go to the block called Right to Work Digital check
  • Check the tickbox Force staff to go through the RTW check
  • Press Save

Upon the staff member next logging into their staffarea, they will be taken seamlessly through the process to scan and check their face and ID.

Monitoring the checks:

  • The checks will take no longer than 24-48 hours, and you can monitor the state of these checks on your dashboard
    • Click on each link to see the list of staff in that category
  • The status of the Digital check can then be seen under Staff profile > ID & Right to Work

  • A notification email alert will be sent to the notification email address in the system to inform of a successful or failed Digital RTW check
