This section of your dashboard gives you details on any staff compliance issues. You can click each to see a list of those staff

  • Will display items relating to expiring or expired ID and/or Right to work documentation
  • Only staff statuses that have been set as bookable via settings > staff roles will be listed here
• DIGITAL RIGHT TO WORK (BOOKABLE)
  • Will display items relating to our digital right to works checks with Yoti
  • Only staff statuses that have been set as bookable via settings > staff roles will be listed here
• DBS UPDATE SERVICE (BOOKABLE)
  • If staff have entered their DBS certification number upon registration and are registered with the update service we will check their DBS cert every day at midnight
  • Only staff statuses that have been set as bookable via settings > staff roles will be listed here
• QUALIFICATIONS EXPIRING/EXPIRED
  • We will list all staff here whereby any qualifications are due to expire or have expired
• OTHER
  • Staff queries
  • Incomplete and to be removed today
    • 6 months have lapsed for staff that have not yet completed their registration
    • Can be set to automatically delete in Settings > Staff options
  • Rejected and to be removed today
    • 6 months have lapsed for staff that have had their registration rejected
    • Can be set to automatically delete in Settings > Staff options
