You can export a list of booked and not booked shifts from the following pages:
- Jobs > View jobs > Shifts
- Download a list of shifts for a specific job
- You can export from these tabs
- By location
- By dates
- By staff
- Jobs > Completed
- Download a list of shifts across all completed jobs
- Jobs > All
- Download a list of shifts across all jobs
Before you start your export:
- Apply any filters you require at the top of the page
- Select the shifts in the list you wish to export
- Select all shifts by ticking this checkbox next to With selected to select all the shifts on the page:

- Select certain shifts by using the checkboxes next to the venues, dates and individual shifts:
- By selecting a venue you will select all dates and shifts under that venue
- By selecting a date you will select all shifts under that date
- By selecting a shift you can select individual shifts
- The same rules apply to the By date and By staff tabs
- Select all shifts by ticking this checkbox next to With selected to select all the shifts on the page:
To export the shifts:
- For Jobs > View jobs > Shifts
- Go to With selected > Export

- Go to With selected > Export

- You will now be presented with this this dialogue

- At the top it will show you the roles and shifts within the list to export

- You then select which fields to export in the CSV:
- You can individually double-click on each field item to move them between columns and chose your Chosen fields
- Use the right-pointing arrow in the left Choose fields column to add to the right Chosen fields column
- Use the left-pointing arrow in the right Chosen fields to remove all fields back to the left Choose fields column
- Drag and drop the chosen fields list into the correct order
- Click on OK to download the shifts list
If you need to repetitively download this same format
- Create your list as detailed above
- Click on the Save button

- Give your template a name

- Press OK
- The template will now appear on the left so that next time you can click on this link to generate the field list

- To delete a template mouse over the template name and click on the cross button to the left
