To ensure a smooth payroll we present you with staff totals whereby staff are missing information that you will require to pay them. Only items in red need to be addressed.

• Total booked/due pay
  • To inform you of the total staff awaiting payment
• Freelance booked/due pay
  • To inform you of the total Freelenace staff awaiting payment
• FL - due pay, missing UTR
  • Freelance staff that have worked a shift, due pay and are missing their UTR number
• FL - booked, missing UTR
  • Freelance staff that are booked onto a shift are missing their UTR number
• Due pay, missing bank details
  • So you can ensure staff that are due pay add bank details in advance of the next payroll run
• Booked, missing bank details
  • So you can ensure staff that are due pay add bank details in advance of the next payroll run
• Due pay, terms not agreed
  • So you can ensure staff that are due pay agree to their terms in advance of the next payroll run
  • You can set terms 'not to be required to be agreed' to pay staff in settings > terms, consent and opt-ins
• Booked, terms not agreed
  • So you can ensure staff that are booked onto a shift have agreed to their mandatory terms in advance of the next payroll run
  • You can set terms 'not to be required to be agreed' to pay staff in settings > terms, consent and opt-ins
  Active staff, not opted in
  • This combines all consents, terms and opt-ins you have added into the system and lets you know who has not opted into all thus far
  • This is not a reflection of staff not being able to be paid
• Still 'incomplete' and booked
  • The system will allow you to book staff onto shifts that have not completed their profile fully. This is a warning to ensure you make sure these staff complete their profiles, and then approve their profile
• Still 'applied' and booked
  • The system will allow you to book staff onto shifts that have completed their profile but have not yet been approved. This is a warning to ensure you make sure you approve these staff profile
• Emails that are bouncing
  • Total staff that have an email address that cannot receive emails
• Staff queries
  • Total queries sent from staff via their staffarea
  • Can be turned on/off in settings. See: Enable queries in the staffarea
• New starters for next payroll
  • Advance warning of all new starters that will be in the next payroll run
