Creating a Quiz

Quizzes can be an engaging and fun way to gain insight into the level of knowledge someone has about a particular topic or brand, and then use this insight to create training-based Quizzes to bring everyone up to the level they should be for the job they are doing.

Such quiz examples could be:

• Brand awareness
  • To what extent do your staff understand a particular brand you are or will be working with
  • Use the feedback from the Quiz to deliver the level of training required
• Knowledge checkers
  • Understand what your staff already do and don't know about certain topics such as Health and Safety or Customer engagement
• Training and E-learning
  • Deliver informative Quizzes that reveal more information upon the correct answers being selected
  • Add informative learning pages to your quiz via videos and slides to study before taking the quiz
  • Allow the option to retake if the pass rate is achieved and track multiple failures to gauge a person willingness to learn new material
