Instead of being unsure about which staff are unavailable for your shifts on the Job Market, you can request that the staff you invite decline the shifts they cannot cover. This will give you quicker insights into the pool of staff who are actually available for your jobs.
You can turn this feature on per job:
- Go to View Jobs > Actions > Overview
- This is also accessible when creating a new job via View Jobs > Add Job
- Tick the checkbox Shift settings and options > Allow staff to decline shifts from the Job Market

- Once switched on the staff will have a decline in their Job Market for that job

- A message will appear for staff to confirm

- Those shifts will then be marked as unsuccessful in the Job Market

- Those shifts for that person will then be moved into the Shifts > Declined tab
